LIVE AND RECOVER residences will be “Tech Enabled” through One Step software. All mechanisms of our software cater to and focus on Sober Living. Our entire intake process is fully automated, as once a referral source or resident completes an application on our website for admission into our program, a profile is automatically generated. Only if the potential resident is accepted into a residence, will the profile go live. Our application is the initial source of our recovery planning, we will also collaborate with referral sources, and utilize significant information to create a plan that is non-repetitive.
Upon being admitted, each resident will receive an invitation on their phone to get into our Resident App.
In our Agenda feature, staff will add important notifications specific to each individual resident, including Provider Appointment Reminders, IOP Attendance Reminders, Medication Refill Alerts, Group/Individual Messages, and Survey Submissions. Residents can also track how many meetings they have left to attend, until they are compliant with mandatory 4 weekly self-help meetings. The App also generates a Quote Of The Day.
Features for our Self-pay residents include: emailed invoices, receipts for paid invoices, next payment and late payment reminders, and the ability for residents to pay online. In addition, our software collects LIVE outcomes data, eliminating what metrics to measure and how to measure them. This data is used for evaluating the effectiveness of our program.
After our 30 day probation period, residents will earn the title of
“Trustee”, this fosters the process toward independent living. All discharged residents will be deactivated from the App, to avoid privacy issues.
